Objective:This topic through to the ER. PR in normal fallopian tube group, after failure of conservative treatment of fallopian tube pregnancy fallopian tube group, untreated direct surgical oviduct tissue expression of tubal pregnancy and its correlation, in order to provides the research foundation for the pathogenesis of tubal pregnancy. providing theoretical basis for tubal pregnancy medicine conservative treatment failure, to provide evidence for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube pregnancy and new ideas. To explore two kinds of receptors and the relationship between the unknown causes ectopic pregnancy occurred.Methods:(1) Refer to the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University June2010-June2012medical record statistical division archive pathological data a total of200cases of tubal pregnancy. Select some of those cases.30cases of tubal pregnancy patients,6patients with simple ligation of oviduct. Select pathological section, HE stain observed under optical microscope slices, according to HE staining slice choose corresponding paraffin tissue block experiment.(2)Adopt ABC immune histochemical method to detect different oviduct the expression of ER and PR. Normal fallopian tube6cases, surgery directly without treatment of tubal pregnancy20cases of fallopian tubes, the conservative treatment of10cases of tubal pregnancy failure. And adopt microspectrophotometer to compare the expression of ER and PR in different oviduct tissue rate difference.(3) By SPSS17.0statistical analysis software, the obtained data were statistically analyzed, P<0.05as there are significant differences.Results: (1)The expression of ER, ER positive expression mainly locates mucous membrane cells, mesenchymal cells, the nuclei of smooth muscle cells. ER in the normal fallopian tube and the failure of conservative treatment of fallopian tube pregnancy fallopian tube group, without direct surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy, tubal tissues in the expression have significant difference (P<0.05). The conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy failure fallopian tube group and untreated directly operation of tubal tubal pregnancy tissue expression of ER no statistical difference (P>0.05).(2) PR expression:the positive expression of PR main orientation mucous membrane cells, mesenchymal cells, the nuclei of smooth muscle cells. PR of fallopian tube in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy failure group, the lowest in fallopian tube without direct surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy followed in the organization, in normal fallopian tube set in the highest. Two groups of PR expression level comparative differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)ER, PR in the fallopian tube pregnancy tissue content is low, cause oviduct epithelial growth and muscle layer peristalsis function and reproductive activity does not adapt, may is one of the factors that happen tubal pregnancy. ER and PR in normal oviduct epithelial barrier expression may play a role, prevent the occurrence of fallopian tube pregnancy.(2) the conservative treatment failure group tubal organizational progesterone receptor expression positive rate lowest, low positive strength, consider can increase the amount of fallopian tube on the PR with drugs combined with mifepristone treatment for tubal pregnancy, increase the success rate of conservative treatment.
