A Study On The Syndrome Characteristics Criteria Of Matured And Removed Abnormal Hilit Of Abnormal Savda Type Asthma In Uyghur Medicine Based On Delphi Method

Objective: to set up diagnostic criteria for abnormal hilit matured and removed frombody on abnormal savda type asthma in traditional uighur medicine by Delphi method.Methods: First stage, formulate an enquiry form that including key syndromecharacteristics which were identified from the past research results of our research group,and sent to30experts from all around the Xinjiang province that experienced andconsidered to be experts in this field. One round Delphi technique was conducted for thisstage. Then selected out syndrome characteristics as diagnostic criteria for abnormal hilitremoved from body on abnormal savda type asthma accordance with high expertconsensus。Second stage, formulate a new enquiry form based on screening results of thefirst stage, and study on weight coefficients of each selected syndrome characteristics.,two-round Delphi technique was conducted for this stage。Results:11kinds of syndromecharacteristics such as mental color gradually improved, clear urine in large amounts,thick and(or) wavy pulse were selected out as diagnostic criteria for abnormal hilitmatured on abnormal savda type asthma and10kinds of syndrome characteristics such assleep quality improved significantly, tongue moisture and close to thin white(close tonormal), a little black and rust-colored stool first, then become pale yellow or kaki were asdiagnostic criteria for abnormal hilit removed from body on abnormal savda type asthmaaccordance with high expert consensus that frequency was greater than70%(21out of30experts).Second stage, By analyzing the weight coefficients of each selected syndromecharacteristics,6kinds of syndrome characteristics were considered as chief symptomsand other5kinds of syndrome characteristics were considered as subsequent symptoms fordiagnosing abnormal sawda type asthma abnormal hilit had already matured or not.5 kinds of chief symptoms and other5kinds of subsequent symptoms were selected fordiagnosing abnormal savda type asthma abnormal hilit had already removed from body ornot.30copies of valid questionnaire were responded each stage each round. Expertauthority coefficient was0.87on average which considered to be high Authority degree.The experts were with high concentrated and coordinate degree, variation coefficients ofeach syndrome characteristics were less than0.3.The consistency coefficients forabnormal savda type asthma abnormal hilit matured diagnostic criteria was（x~2=0.275,P=0.000）and same with the second round, for diagnostic criteria of abnormal savda hilitremoved from body was（x~2=0.270, P=0.000）, and same with the second round.Conclusion:The establishment of diagnostic criteria for abnormal hilit matured andremoved from body on abnormal savda type asthma in traditional uighur medicine basedon modified Delphi method will provide objective and quantitative basis for the effective,standardized diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
