Objective Study the effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq on metabolic changes and ofAbnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma rat model by using Nuclear MagneticResonance (NMR). Methods Multiple factors was used to establish Abnormal Savda ratmodel, according to the Traditional Uighur Medicine,. By sensitization and challenge withovalbumin (OVA) establish Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma rat modelfurther.84SD rats were randomly divided into black control group, Abnormal Savdasyndrome control group, Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma control group,Munziq group (respectively, low dose, middle dose and high dose group),andDexamethasone(DXM) group. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (1H-NMR)technique was used for determination of collected serum and urine samples, metabolicfingerprints of rat serum and urine was established, and orthogonal to partial least squaresdiscriminant analysis (OPLS–DA) method was used for the analysis of differencesamong metabolites in serum and urine from all goups. Study effects of Abnormal SavdaMunziq on Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma rat serum and urine metabolites.Results Urine results showed that compared to black control group, various kinds ofamino acids of experimental control groups are markedly lower, including isoleucine,leucine; Compared to Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma control group,isoleucine, leucine, taurine, betaine, valine are lower in Munziq groups, however,creatinine, acetic acid are higher (P<0.05);Compared to Abnormal Savda syndromecarrying asthma control group, hippuric acid, lactic acid, alanine are higher inDexamethasone(DXM) group. Serum results showed that compared with black controlgroup, various kinds of amino acids of experimental control groups are markedly reduced,including isoleucine, leucine, valine, alanine and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma controlgroup, the concentration of various amino acids showed to be increased in the serum ofAbnormal Savda Munziq groups, including isoleucine, leucine, taurine, valine,alanine.However, carnitine, histidine, acetic acid had relatively low concentrations(P<0.05);Compared with Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma control group,VLDL,lactic acid, acetone were increased in Dexamethasone(DXM) group. However,creatinine, acetic acid,1-methylhistidine were reduced (P<0.05), and the differences arestatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal Savda Munziq has significanteffects on Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma rat serum and urine metabolites, themechanism of which may achieved by readjusting the altered amino acid metabolism andenergy metabolism caused by Abnormal Savda syndrome carrying asthma, thus putforward ideas for further study of Traditional Uighur Medicine.
