Objective:Using NMR metabolomics technology. To compare Metabolic compo-nents about plasma with asthma diagnosed as Abnormal Savda syndrome patients and Abnormal Unsavda syndrome patients. To Investigate the biological basis of" same disease with different syndrome "from the perspective of metabolomics. Methods:Serum samples from61cases of Abnormal Savda syndrome bronchial asthma patients,55cases of Abnormal Unsavda syndrome bronchial asthma patients and50cases of healthy people are detected and described with1H-NMR based metabonomics,and than the data is analyzed by Orthogonal Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis (OPLS-DA).Results: The result show that the Abnormal Savda syndrome bronchial asthma patients have a higher degree of glucose, glycoprotein, lactamine, glutamic acid, valine, leucine, isoleucine, glycine, tyrosine, phenylalanine,1-methylhistidine (P<0.05) and a higher degree of acetoacetate, acetone, pyruvic acid, lactate, creatine, creatinine, carnitine(P<0.05), another metabolites like lipid(include LDL and VLDL),unsaturated lipid, acetic acid, acetylcysteine, glutamine, scyllitol in plasma more than the Abnormal Unsavda syndrome bronchial asthma patients(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with asthma diagnosed as Abnormal Savda syndrome patients and Abnormal Unsavda syndrome patients, there were significant differences in metabolomics indicators. Possible metabolic phenotype of asthma diagnosed as Abnormal Savda syndrome are glucose, glycoprotein, lactamine, glutamic acid, valine, leucine, isoleucine, glycine, tyrosine, phenylalanine,1-methylhistidine and acetoacetate, acetone, pyruvic acid, lactate, creatine, creatinine, carnitine, another metabolites like lipid(include LDL and VLDL), unsaturated lipid, acetic acid, acetylcysteine, glutamine, scyllitol. It is inferred that the biological basis of same disease with different syndrome is different on Uygur medicine.It also proof that "same disease with different syndrome"has scientificity and rationality on Uygur medicine. During asthmatic attack period, the process of glycometabolism, amino acid metabolism and fat metabolism have significant changed in the asthma diagnosed as Abnormal Savda syndrome patients.lt is explain that energy metabolism and protein metabolism are abnormal, meanwhile, glyconeogenesis and immune function presents a state of disorder in the asthma diagnosed as Abnormal Savda syndrome patients. Further research in this area is still in progress.
