Objective: To explore the relationship between the colorectal carcinoma patients andserum lipid, blood calcium level. Methods: A review analysis was carried out of thepatients in Xinjiang medical university the fifth affiliated hospital from January2011toOctober2012. According to the colonoscopy inspection and pathology results, the patientsare divided into three groups,84patients with colorectal adenoma,68patients withcolorectal cancer,88patients with normal. The levels of all patients’ TG, TC, HDL, LDL,APOA, APOB and blood calcium of serum were tested separated. Results:1. Comparedbetween the three groups: TG, TC, HDL and LDL, APOB, blood calcium has statisticallysignificant (P<0.05)2. Compared with normal group, High TG, high TC, low HDL, highLDL, low APOA, low blood calcium are risk factors for colorectal adenoma occurred.3.The low TC, high TG and low HDL, low blood calcium are risk factors for colorectalcancer occured(P<0.05).4. In each indicator of serum lipid correlation study, we foundthat HDL value and the blood calcium levels were positively correlated in colorectalcarcinoma. So blood calcium is the colorectal carcinoma protection factor. Conclusion:The findings of this study suggest that serum lipid, blood calcium level and colorectalcarcinoma have certain relevance. The level of TG, TC, LDL is the colorectal adenomarisk factors, the level of HDL, APOA, blood calcium is the protection factor. The level ofTG is the colorectal cancer risk factor, HDL, blood calcium is the protection factor. Incolorectal carcinoma patients, the level of HDL and the blood calcium has the correlation, maybe it is the colorectal carcinoma’s protection factor.
