objective:through relative researches of the change of the liver function, blood calcium and blood lipid of AP and its TCM syndrome patterns, trying to find some peculiar indexes and leading them to the TCM differentiation of AP. These indexes which make the differentiation more practical can help unify the differentiation standard and provide reliable basis for treatment,besides they can illuminate the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome patterns of AP . Method:Collecting 81 patients according to clinical diagnosis of AP. Dividing the patients by differentiation standard and collecting their Liver function, blood calcium and blood lipid tests results to analyze the distribution regularity of TCM patterns of AP and its relationship to the levels of these tests results.Results: 1 The differentiation of early stage of AP is mainly stagnation of Qi due to depression of Liver-Qi type. With the disease developing, it manifests excessive heat of Spleen and Stomach type,or turn up dampness-heat in Liver and Gallbladder type and at the last stage often deficiency of Qi and Yin type.
