BackgroundThe incidence of cancer and deaths are growing in China, the beginning of the1970s, the number of cancer is about90million and about70million died; in2005,the number of cancer is approximately1.8-2million, deaths1.4-1.5million. Lung cancer is fastest rising trend in all malignancies, in2000-2005, the incidence of lung cancer in China increased by116thousand people, the number of deaths increased by101thousand people. Cancer in the world also showed a rising trend. In1991-2000, cancer incidence and deaths in the world increased22%. In2000, the number of new cancers in the world is more than10million. The WHO predicts that by2020, the number of new cancer patients each year will reach15million, cancer has become the first killer in the new century, and become the largest global public health problem. A large number of research data confirmed that tumor is closely related to bad behavior, lifestyle and living environment, including smoking, alcohol abuse, unreasonable diet, lack of physical activity, environmental pollution, etc. Therefore, combined with the actual situation of Tongxiang, grasp the trend and regularity of cancer and its risk factors, to provide a scientific basis for formulating control strategies and measures in malignant tumors.Materials and MethodsThe case group select new malignancy cases (Except cases of recurrence and metastasis) which is diagnosed by medical institutions from January1,2011to December31,2011, the control group randomly selected in the local normal population, the case and control groups were matched1:1,requirements of the same sex and the age difference of less than5years old. Collect the data of respondents’basic information, living environment, eating habits, lifestyle and habits, psychological conditions, diseases and family history of cancer to summary statistics and analysis.Result1. The total situation. From January1,2011to December31,2011, the city totally surveyed1154people of new cases of tumor and1154people of control group. The average age of the case group was62.52years old and the control group was65.02, the age difference is less than five years of age, the same gender between two groups, males accounted for59.62percent, females accounted for40.38%. In this paper, we study the risk factors of malignant tumors (lung cancer, the colorectal anal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and breast cancer) in city with the common control1154, selected related risk factors to affect the incidence of malignant tumors using Logistic regression analysis method.2. Risk factors of lung cancer findings. This investigation has243cases of lung cancer, male189for cases, accounting for77.78%, female for54cases, accounting for22.22%. Logistic regression analysis of multivariate factor:Found that working contact with carcinogens, less intake of fruits and vegetables, smoking, experienced trauma, respiratory disease history, family history of cancer are risk factors for lung cancer. Drinking tea are protective factor for lung cancer.3. Risk factors of colorectal cancer findings. This investigation has121cases of colorectal cancer, male for70cases, accounting for57.85%, female for51cases, accounting for42.15%. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis:Found that heavy flavors, drinking alcohol, type A personality, spirit in the depressed state, the disease history of lower digestive system, family history of cancer are risk factors for colorectal anal cancer, but less intake salted and smoked food is a protective factor.4. Risk factors of hepatic carcinoma. This investigation has104cases of hepatic carcinoma, male for77cases, accounting for70.04%, female for27cases, accounting for25.96%. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis:Found that drinking alcohol, spirit in the depressed state, experience trauma, liver and gallbladder disease are risk factors for liver cancer. Drinking tea, physical exercise are protective factors for liver cancer.5. Risk factors of gastric cancer findings. This investigation has99cases of gastric cancer, male for81cases, accounting for81.82%, female for18cases, accounting for18.18%. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis:Found that less fresh fruits and cooked tea intake, smoke, type A personality, spirit in the depressed state, history of the digestive system disease, family history of cancer are risk factors of gastric cancer.6. Risk factors of breast cancer findings. This investigation has92cases of breast cancer, male for3cases, accounting for3.26%, female for89cases, accounting for96.74%. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis:Found that obesity, drinking alcohol, spirit in the depressed state, experience trauma, history of breast disease are risk factors of breast cancer. But, emphasis on taste is a protective factor.ConclusionIn this paper, we study the risk factors of malignant tumors (lung cancer, the colorectal anal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and breast cancer) in city, selected related risk factors to affect the incidence of malignant tumors using Logistic regression analysis method, the study found that lifestyle such as smoking, drinking, diet, mental, psychological factors, obesity and family history of the disease, etc are the risk factors for common malignant tumors of the city.We should adopt comprehensive prevention interventions for the risk factors of malignant tumors. To carry out targeted Cancer Prevention and health education, can improve the level of knowledge of the residents, to enhance the residents’awareness of cancer prevention, prompting residents to change unhealthy lifestyles and eating habits as early as possible, to promote reasonable diet, regular exercise, quit smoking and alcohol limit, psychological balance, reduce incidence and mortality rate, improve quality of life.Currently, most advanced malignancies were lack of effective methods and drug treatment, emphasis on treatment and contempt prevention caused by medical resource utilization efficiency is very low. According to the actual situation of the city, lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and breast cancer should be key disease as cancer prevention, enhance monitoring of cancer incidence and death, controlling environmental pollution, strengthen publicity and education, promoting a healthy lifestyle as well as "three early". Cancer Prevention is facing a very grim situation, but the challenges and opportunities coexist. As long as we continue to sum up the experience, pioneering and innovative, learning advanced experience of the international Cancer Prevention and Treatment, entirely possible to achieve the goal of Cancer Prevention and Treatment, and effectively prevent the occurrence and development of cancer.
