[Objective]:A retrospective analysis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma from2000to2011Immune function changes and recovery. Explore the differences in the immunological changes after radiotherapy between the Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients.[Methods]:Patients with lung adenocarcinoma from2000to2011were fasting venous blood before radiotherapy, after radiotherapy and the third month after the end of radiotherapy by retrospective analysis. Hematology analyzer was used to detect Lymphocytes and flow cytometry was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, CD8,NK cells expression and CD4/CD8ratio.[Results]:1. Lymphocyte values on Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients after radiotherapy was significantly lower than before, P<0.05. Difference was statistically significant; Lymphocyte on Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients detect on the third month after radiotherapy were significantly higher than after the end of radiotherapy, P<0.05. Difference was statistically significant; The third month after the end of radiotherapy, Lymphocyte values has been basically restored to before compared with radiotherapy, groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, NK cells on Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients after radiotherapy was significantly lower and CD8was significantly higher than before, P<0.05. Difference was statistically significant; CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8on Xuanwei and general lung Adeno-carcinoma Patients detect on the third month after radiotherapy were significantly higher than after the end of radiotherapy and CD8was lower, P<0.05. Difference was statistically significant; The third month after the end of radiotherapy, CD3of Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma patients has been restored over before radiotherapy and CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8has been basically restored to before compared with radiotherapy groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). But for general lung adenocarcinoma patients, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8were highly lower than before radio-therapy (P<0.05). There is a statistically significant difference on CD4, CD4/CD8and not statistically significant on CD3, CD8between the Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients.3. NK cells on Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients after radiotherapy was significantly lower than before, P<0.05. Difference was statistically significant; NK cells on Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients detect on the third month after radiotherapy were significantly higher than after the end of radiotherapy, P<0.05. Difference was statistically significant; There is no significant difference of changes of NK cells after radiotherapy between the Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients.[Conclusion]:Immune function (lymphocyte values, T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells) was influenced by radiotherapy both the Xuanwei and general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients. But the subtypes recovery is differences, Xuanwei lung Adenocarcinoma Patients is faster than general lung Adenocarcinoma Patients. May be Xuanwei lung Adenocarcinoma is better than general lung Adenocarcinoma radiosensitivity. As the tumor under control, the recovery of immune function may be faster. On the contrary, the immune function recovery of Xuanwei lung Adenocarcinoma Patients is faster indicate that Xuanwei lung Adenocarcinoma is higher sensitivity to radiation. Xuanwei lung Adenocarcinoma patients may be able to obtain better local control rate from radiotherapy.
