| Objective： objective evaluation of yiqihuoxue prescription anthracycline-based chroniccardiac muscle toxicity caused by effective treatment effect, for clinical treatmentanthracycline-based offer thoughts and reference the cardiac toxicity of effective byobservation and evaluation of patients before and after treatment of ECG, myocardialenzymes, UCG and clinical symptoms.Methods：Choose43tumor patients who have myocardial damage after chemotherapy withanthracycline-based drugs.Divided them randomly into2groups,21cases in control groupand22cases in treatment group. Give patients in control group conventional treatmentinclude trimetazidine hydrochloride. On the basis of the treatment in the control group, addpatients in treatment group oral yiqihuoxue prescription. Both of the groups are three weeks acourse of treatment. Observe clinical symptoms,ECG,myocardial enzymes and UCG beforeand after treatment. Finally, a statistical method is used to summarize and analyse theresults,and judge the curative effect.Results：After treatment of two groups patients, the effective rate of control group was61.9%,the effective rate of treatment group was86.4%, the difference has statistical significance (P＜0.05),and the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Analysis ofclinical symptoms, heart palpitations,sense of suppression or pain in the chest and short ofbreath of the two groups are much better than before the treatment(p<0.01). And the treatmentgroup curative effect is better than the control group. To compare cardiac function of twogroups, the treatment group is better than the control group with improving cardiac functionsof patients. The KPS grading treats of two groups patients were obviously improved aftertreatment(p<0.01). And the treatment group is better than the control group. The myocardialenzyme and Heart Doppler ultrasound of two groups patients were improved after treatment (P＜0.05), and there was no significant differences between the two groups. Theelectrocardiogram of two groups patients were no significant differences between the twogroups after treatment. The treatments of two groups have no effect on security measure suchas blood routine examination, liver function, renal function, routine stool test and urineroutine.Conclusion：This study prove that conventional therapy which use yiqihuoxue prescriptionand trimetazidine hydrochloride can clearly improve patients whose qi-yin deficiency andXinmaitong Stagnation symptoms of cardiopalmus, sense of suppression or pain in the chestand short of breath and so on, which caused by anthracyclines that give rise to the Chronicmyocardial injury; also can clearly improve their cardiac function and Karnofskyperformance scale.There is not clearly difference between only use yiqihuoxue prescriptionand conventional therapy on myocardial enzyme, Heart Doppler ultrasound andelectrocardiogram. |
