| Objective: The patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui method.The clinical efficacy observation,TCM syndrome and exercise tolerance of clinical symptoms before and after were observed to evaluate the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Recipe.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,60 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed as heart failure and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected as subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1.30 cases each.In the treatment group,the basic treatment of western medicine was supplemented with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine alone.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of "Minnesota heart failure quality of life table",TCM symptom scores,NT-proBNP concentration and other indicators were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the patients with chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in Yiqi Huoxue Lishui method.Results: The treatment group and the control group were compared with the ?(t)test.The results showed that the NT-proBNP concentration and LVEF were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between Minnesota score and TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment.has statistical significane.After treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the two groups.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Lishui method combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis),improve the patient's signs,improve the classification of heart function and quality of life,and the effect is more significant than that of western medicine alone.Significantly increased,can be considered safe and effective. |
