| Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue compound on Chronic Heart Failure(CHF)patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis.By observing the changes of the indexes before and after taking Yiqi Huoxue compound,the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on CHF patients was verified.So as to clarify the pathogenesis of Yiqi Huoxue on CHF.To provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of CHF with Chinese medicine.Materials and Methods:The subjects of this study were from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatients or hospitalized patients between March 2015 to March 2016,were included in the cardiac function of CHF for class II or III,TCM syndrome type of qi deficiency and blood stasis 60 patients met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Therapy:The control group received routine western medicine treatment;The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine for Yiqi Huoxue compound(included the Ginseng,Astragalus,Safflower,Salvia,Pseudo-ginseng,Motherwort,Tinglizi seven drugs)on the basis of routine treatment of Western Medicine,one dose each day,three times a day.The observation time of the two groups was both 1 month.The scores of TCM syndromes,Lee 's heart failure score,Minnesota quality score,6-minute walking distance and the level of NT-pro BNP were measured before and after the treatment,and the records were recorded in detail.The changes of cardiac contractility index(EF value)were measured before and after treatment in two groups.Pay attention to patients' records of vital signs,symptoms,adverse reactions and so on during the treatment period.Results:1.General information: By the statistical analysis,the general situation such as gender,age,course of disease were no significant difference of the two groups before treatment.The efficacy indicator like TCM syndrome score,Lee's heart failure score,Minnesota quality score,heart function index(EF),6 min walking distance,NT-pro BNP and so on between the two groups were no significant difference too(P>0.05),so the two gruops were comparable.2.TCM syndrome scores:Compare the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,both the two groups were P=0.000<0.01,so the treatment group and the control group were more effective than before treatment;After the treatment,compare between the two groups,P=0.000<0.05,statistically significant,so after the treatment,the change of TCM syndrome integral in treatment group is better than that in control group.3.Lee's heart failure score:After the treatment,the ratio of the Lee's heart failure score of apparent efficiency rate,efficiency rate,no efficiency rate,deterioration rate composition of the two groups were statistically significant(P=0.018<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.Minnesota quality score:Before and after treatment of Minnesota quality score,the two groups were significantly different(both groups P=0.000<0.01),indicating that the treatment group and control group were able to improve the Minnesota quality score of patients;After treatment the two groups compare(P=0.000<0.01),indicating that the treatment group improved the Minnesota quality score of patients was better than the control group.5.The heart function index(EF value): After the treatment,two groups of EF values,P<0.01,indicating that the treatment group was betterthan the control group on heart function;Compare the EF value befoer and after treatment of the two groups,P<0.05,there was significant difference,so both the treatment group and the control group can improve the heart function.6.6min walking distance:Two groups before and after treatment 6min walking distance compare,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.01);After treatment,the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),there was significant difference.7.The level of NT-proBNP:Compare the level of NT-proBNP before and after treatment of the two groups,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different(P < 0.01);After treatment,compare the treatment group with the control group was significant difference(P<0.01).It was that after treatment the level of NT-pro BNP markedly decreased,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Yiqi huoxue compound combined with conventional Western medicine basic treatment and conventional Western medicine treatment were both effective to treat patients with CHF.2.Yiqi huoxue compound combined with conventional Western medicine basic treatment was better than conventional Western medicine treatment on the treat of patients with CHF.3.Yiqi Huoxue compound can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the life quality of patients with CHF and improve heart shrink function.4.Yiqi Huoxue compound has no adverse reactions and side effects,safe and effective,worthy of clinical application. |
