Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe On Heart Rate Variability In Elderly Hypertensive Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on heart rate variability(SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,p NN50,LF,HF)in elderly hypertensive patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Control group and treatment group were made up by 72 patients in elderly hypertensive with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Control group: irbesartan tablets;treatment group: Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and irbesartan tablets,14 days as a course of treatment,observe the changes of heart rate variability(SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,p NN50,LF,HF),blood pressure and TCM symptom score before and after treatment.Results: 1.HRV comparison : after treatment,the HRV indexes of the two groups increased compared with before treatment,and the result of the treatment group was more better(P < 0.05).2.Blood pressure comparison : after treatment,the blood pressure(SBP,DBP)of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was more lower(P < 0.05).3.TCM symptom score comparison: the treatment group’s symptom score was better than that of the control group’s(P < 0.01)after treatment.4.Safety index: there was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve HRV of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in elderly patients with hypertension,reduce blood pressure and improve clinical symptoms。...
