Objective: To assess the quality of life of patients with gynecologic malignanciessituation in the gynecological ward of our hospital hospitalized, a preliminary analysismay lead to the reasons for the decline of the quality of life of patients and to provide abasis to improve the quality of life of patients with gynecologic malignancies. Methods:51cases of patients with gynecologic malignancies socio-demographic factors: usehomemade questionnaire, EORTC QLQ-C30scale, from June2012to August, the FirstAffiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical gynecology ward, conducted a questionnairesurvey. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regressionanalysis. Analysis of patients with annual income, religion, age, educational level, sexstatus, tumor type, tumor stage and the quality of life. Results: physical function inpatients (77.25±17.79), the role and function of emotional state (80.06±18.56),(80.23±14.81), cognitive function (87.25±17.51) rated yet satisfied, and social function inpatients (48.69±21.04) and serious damage to the overall health status (52.28±16.42),rated poor.78.5%of patients in the symptoms the field of survey v. varying degrees ofpain, almost all patients have varying degrees of fatigue,51.2%of patients with moderateand severe nausea, vomiting,17.7%of patients with moderate to severe insomnia,54.9%of patients in severe loss of appetite,98%of the patients there are economic pressures,including33.3percent in the very difficult economic, need borrowing cure. At a low levelof overall quality of life in patients with gynecologic malignancies. In a multiple linearregression analysis, religious beliefs, with or without health insurance, are factors affectthe quality of life in patients with chemotherapy. Conclusion: The quality of life ofpatients with gynecologic malignancies during hospitalization overall decline, includingpoor overall health status and social function score; widespread economic hardship, pain,fatigue, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite patient needs during treatment and the treatment of late need customer service difficulties.
