Objective:To observe the association between CRP+1444C/T polymorphism in Xin jiang Kazaks and Hans. Methods:The genetic DNA was extracted from200AF patients of Kazakh and Han Ethnic group and200normal controls. TheC/T polymorphism of CRP was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR), and the CRP Gene C/T polymorphism of Chymase gene was detected using PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).Results:The genetype distribution of the CRP gene C/T polymorphism differed significantly in the patients with AF and the control group (P<0.05). There was difference between Kazakh AF group and Kazakh control group in CRP gene C/T polymorphism allele and genotype frequency (P<0.05). here was no difference between Kazakh Ethnic and Han Ethnic in CRP gene C/T polymorphism allele and genotype frequency. Conclusions:TheC/T polymorphism of CRP gene are associated with the occurrence of AF in Kazakh and Han Ethnic AF population of Xinjiang, and the genotype C might be one of the genetic risk factors of AF. |
