Objective:To investigate between resistant hypertension and insulin resistancerelated factor of relations.Methods:In2011January to2012January,in the Fifth AffiliatedHospital of Xinjiang Medical University inpatient and outpatient. To compare fastingblood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS) and c-peptide,in simple resistant hypertensionpatients (group A)48cases,resistant hypertension combined with type2diabetes mellituspatients(group B)42cases and essential hypertension patients(group C)50case bycase-control study,at the same time determine, body mass index(BMI) triglyceride(TC),total cholesterol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),and high densitylipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) correlation of insulin resistance.Results:(1)Fasting bloodglucose(FBG),Fasting insulin(FINS) and c-peptide levels of group B were increases ingroup A(P <0.05);(2)Body mass index(BMI) Triglyceride (TC),total cholesterol (TG) ofgroup B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05),low density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C) was no significant change; While high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was lower than group A (P<0.01).By correlation analysis, insulin resistance andbody mass index (BMI),Triglyceride (TC) and total cholesterol(TG) correlatednegatitvely, positively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),but nocorrelated with.low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Conclusions: Resistanthypertension patients combine with type2diabetes existing hyperinsulinemia and insulinresistance compare with simple resistant hypertension more significant.Dyslipidemia andinsulin resistance exist relevance.
