Objective:To compare the indexes of liver function, prothrombin time, platelet count and SerumHepatofibrosis between the two groups10day later,that the effects of different doses polyenephosphatidyl choline injection (Essentiale) in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis medication.To explore the efficacy of immediate liver cells protection and anti-fibrosis, as well as the impactof the observed indicators.Method:60patients with hepatic cirrhosis enrolled in the gastroenterology department from April2011to August2012were collected and randomly assigned to the treatment group(n=30) treated withhigh–dose Essentiale930mg by intravenous drip and the control group (n=30) treated withlow-dose Essentiale465mg by intravenous drip.The efficacies before and after treatment wereobserved and compared between the two group.Results:1. Before treatment, direct Serum Hepatofibrosis (serum procollagen type Ⅲ, hyaluronicacid, laminin, collagen type Ⅳ) did not have significant difference(P>0.05). Aftertreatment,markers were reduced. hyaluronic acid and laminin,in the high-dose group weremore signicant than that in the low-group, the differences had statistical significance (P<0.01).2. Before treatment, indirect Serum Hepatofibrosis (the liver function, serum albumin,platelets) did not have significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment,markers were improved. theserum alanine amino-transferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and γ-glutamyl transpeptidasein enzyme, total bilirubin, cholesterin in the high-dose group were more signicant than thatin the low-group, the differences had statistical significance (P <0.05).3. There were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1. high-dose Essentiale has a certain therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis. hyaluronic acid,laminin,aminotransferase, total bilirubin, cholesterin in the high-dose group were moresignicant than that in the low-group. 2. In the high-dose group, no adverse reactions were discovered. high-dose group Essentialecan control and stable disease, reduce hospitalization time,has more obvious effect and isworthy of promotion.
