The Clinical Study Of Adjustable Traditional Chinese Herbs Hot Compress Cervical Collar In Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Purpose: Explore the transformation of the A djustable traditional Chinese herbs hotcompress cervical collar self-developed, its therapeutic value of nerve root type cervicalspondylosis, cervical collar analyze the role of the principle of the observed patients withcervical radiculopathy application efficacy of the cervical collar after treatment, so as toclinical use of adjustable Herbal Compress neck collar and provide a theoretical basis.Methods: In accordance with pre-established plan that choose according to the principleof randomized92patients, the selected cases met diagnostic criteria on cervical spondylosisof nerve root type. Cases were randomly divided into three groups, A djustable traditionalChinese herbs hot compress cervical collar group (group A)32cases, adjustable neck collar+Chinese medicine fumigation treatment control group (group B),30cases of traction+Chinese medicine fumigation treatment control group (C group)30cases. Respectively beforeand after therapy for patients with X-ray plain film inspection, measured with Borden’smethod of cervical vertebra radian; Patient general condition, cervical motion, necktenderness, neck pain and other symptoms and sleep affect integral; Total efficacy rate wereobserved respectively.Results: After two course of treatment, observation of three groups of patients,respectively, on X-ray, symptoms and signs of change have obvious difference. Group A78.1%recovery,12.5%had marked effect, improve6.3%, invalid3.1%, total effective ratewas96.9%; Group B76.7%recovery,6.7%had marked effect, improve10%, invalid6.7%,total effective rate was93.3%; Group C53.3%recovery,3.3%had marked effect, improve33.3%, invalid10%, total effective rate was90%. The cure rate and effective compared threegroup were statistically significant (P <0.05), efficacy of group A is better than that of groupB and group C.Conclusion: A djustable traditional Chinese herbs hot compress cervical collar in thistest group of most patients symptoms improvement, suggesting A djustable traditionalChinese herbs hot compress cervical collar more in line with the principle of the pathogenesisand treatment of cervical spondylosis, to improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improvequality of life, have obvious effect.
