Objective:To explore the best treatment mode and provide a forward-lookingbasis for clinical application eventually, we investigated the effects of660nm red light on sciatic nerve injury in adult rats with different experimentalparameters.Methods:1. Adult male rats were divided into two groups: control group and redlight therapy group and red light therapy group were divided into fourinferior group:L1,L2,H1,H2.The injury model were induced by crushed.2. Red light group received irradiation for21days continuously underdifferent energy density and irradiation time.3. We fallowed up the latency(LAT) and amplitude(AMP) of CompoundMuscle Action Potentials(CMAP) and nerve conductive velocity(NCV)on different time.4. Sciatic Functional Index(SFI) is used to evaluate walking function inrats. Results:After21days of continuous treatment:1. Compared to the control group, there was no significant difference inred light group on the LAT and AMP of CMAP of right sciatic nerve.2. There was statistically significant difference in group H1compared tocontrol group on NCV.3. SFI of group L2and H1compared to control with statisticallysignificant.Conclusion:1. Red light irradiation therapy can promote recovery of sciatic nerveinjury of rats, thereby improving walking function.2. Red irradiation pattern of relatively high energy and a relatively shorttime promote the most obvious role in Sciatic nerve injury recovery ofRats. |
