Effect Of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution In The Flush Time Debridement During The Length Of Peripheral Nerve Injury

Objective:Currently on peripheral nerve injury repair researches on hydrogen peroxide solution is relatively small.This paper aims to explore the hydrogen peroxide solution that is hydrogen peroxide(hydrogen peroxide,H2O2)rinsing at different times in the course of surgical debridement on peripheral nerve injury,the better the clinical use of hydrogen peroxide solution to provide a strong basis.Methods:18 New Zealand white rabbits,rabbit sciatic nerve injury in animal models,were randomly divided into isotonic saline(isotonic saline),a group of isotonic saline+hydrogen peroxide(hydrogen peroxide solution isotonic saline rinse 1min+),hydrogen peroxide+b isotonic saline group(3min+hydrogen peroxide rinse solution isotonic saline),n=6.After 12 weeks animals were sacrificed at the nerve suture drawn at detecting motor nerve conduction velocity observed pathological HE staining,8 and 12weeks were determined sciatic nerve function index(Sciatic function index,SFI).Result:a group of hydrogen peroxide+isotonic saline,isotonic saline nerve conduction velocity[(25.89±1.42),(26.46±1.67)m/s]compared with isotonic saline hydrogen peroxide+b group[(23.80±2.91)m/s]increased(p<0.05).Pathological examination visible:sheath structure is preferably isotonic saline group.Isotonic saline+hydrogen peroxide a group of nerve fibers is not obvious structural damage,myelin degeneration light.Isotonic saline hydrogen peroxide+b group blurred sheath structure and myelin axons obvious deformation.After 8 weeks,12 weeks,isotonic saline group[(-43.00±0.82),(-39.17±0.91)m/s]SFI recovery was better than hydrogen peroxide+isotonic saline[a group(-49.79±1.47),(-46.60±0.79)m/s],b[group(-51.66±1.27),(-46.39±0.94)m/s],the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Eight weeks after a group of isotonic saline hydrogen peroxide+[(-49.79±1.47)m/s]SFI recovery was better than group b[(-51.66±1.27)m/s]Conclusion:H2O2 solution for damaged surrounding nerve injury and influential as the H2O2 solution,rinse extension of time may be even worse peripheral nerve injury,clinical surgical debridement process under the premise of guaranteed sterilization should be possible to reduce over time the role of hydrogen peroxide solution.
