abjective:For the study of demonstration objects: representative geoherbs aconite, Evodia Evodia, the aconite traditional efficacy (potency, functions, attending) and pre-experimental results on the basis of pre-Evodia, aconite poisoning effects of the law and the material basis of the study, according to electionfixed representative efficacy/toxicity evaluation, the biological potency assay (quantitative) and biological activity limit assay (semi-quantitative) biological quality control methods. Methods:Mainly USES the method in vitro, in vivo method to select strong heart shock, resistance to lateral root of aconite main functions; Evodia rutaecarpa analgesia spasmolysis, as biological titer evaluation on the exploratory experiment index.
