Application Of Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Kidney Decoction In Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Purpose: observing the clinical effects of the soup which can nourish Yin, tonify thekidney and activate blood for curing early diabetic nephropathy characterized bydeficiency of both Qi and Yin and stagnation of collaterals, and understanding deeply itsmechanism of action form the modern medicine ‘s angle to explore new ideas to treat itusing combination method of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Methods:80patients who were diagnosed as early diabetic nephropathy characterizedby deficiency of both Qi and Yin and stagnation of collaterals are divided into two groups,one group named treatment group which consists of40patients are treated by using boththe soup mentioned above and Enalapril. Another group named as matched group whichalso has40patients are treated by using Enalapril only. The whole period consists of twoprocedures which each one course of treatment lasts four weeks.Result: After clinical observes, we found the following obvious advantages whichthe treatment group have compared with the matched group.Improving its sings and symptoms（P<0.05）Improving urine protein （P<0.05）Improving blood fat （P<0.05）We also found that there are less adverse drug reaction in the treatment course. So we canconfirm the Clinical medication safety of this drug.Conclusion: the clinical observes manifested that the soup mentioned above has thereliable treatment effect and less adverse drug reaction on early diabetic nephropathy. So itis deserved to further study.
