Clinical Observation On Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated By Invigorating The Spleen And Strengthening The Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction

Objective: This paper aims to spleen Gushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy patients and through the observation of the patient’s clinical symptoms integral,improvement of main symptoms and glycosylated hemoglobin,Cystatin C and beta 2-mg,nag,24hu-TP,m ALB/Cr and laboratory indicators of change of strengthening the spleen and kidney and promoting blood circulation Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy efficacy and mechanism.Methods: Chosen in line with the requirements of early diabetic nephropathy patients 60 cases,were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,patients in each group were 30 cases,two groups were used conventional western medicine treatment,the control group(30 cases) Gabay Knapp Leigh.Treatment group given Jianpi solid renal Huoxue Decoction of Chinese medicine oral preparation.The two groups were observed for the same time,both for 12 weeks.Through the collection and comparative analysis of each patient before treatment and after treatment,the integral of clinical symptoms of TCM,the main symptoms improved,and laboratory indexes,and application of SPSS statistical software to collect data and statistical analysis to understand the spleen solid renal Huoxue Decoction on early stage of diabetic nephropathy curative effect.Results:The results showed that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was63.3%).Spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis symptom score,the difference was significant(P<0.05)laboratory indexes:the decline of before and after treatment in the two groups of glycosylated hemoglobin,Cystatin C and beta 2-mg,nag,24hu-TP,m ALB/Cr and were,the lab index of the treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: On the basic treatment plus service strengthening the spleen and kidney and promoting blood circulation decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(spleen and kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome),can reduce the content of urine protein in patients with,laboratory index of improving blood lipids,glycosylated hemoglobin, Cystatin C and beta 2-mg,24hu-TP,nag,m ALB/cr.
