Objective: Study of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers syndromes characteristics anddistribution, as well as traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and various demographic, virological and immunological indicators of the relationship between indicators. Methods:Design a symptom of chronic hepatitis B virus carrier scale screening ofpatients met the study criteria, for each patients underwent four diagnostic statistics, applied statistics appear on the systematic analysis of TCM syndrome, distinguish basicsyndromes units, while a detailed record of serum virology, immunology and otherobjective indicators of chronic hepatitis B virus carrier syndromes and patients withgeneral information as well as other basic laboratory tests and the relationship betweenindicators.Results:(1) chronic hepatitis B virus carrier pathological factors as heat, yindeficiency, qi stagnation, dampness, blood stasis, Yang; cluster analysis showed thatchronic hepatitis B virus carrier TCM into liver and gallbladder damp type, liver kidney, liver Qi stagnation, spleen dampness type, asymptomatic, blood stasis and spleendeficiency type, a total of seven syndromes;(2) surveyed236cases of patients withchronic hepatitis B virus carrier the TCM comparison between demographic, gender, ageand disease duration, route of transmission were statistically significant (P <0.05);(3) of hepatitis B virus markers, T cell subsets were differences not statistically significant (P>0.05), HBV-DNA quantity was statistically significant. Conclusion: Chronic hepatitis B virus carrier TCM consists gallbladder damp heattype, liver-kidney, liver Qi stagnation, spleen dampness type, asymptomatic, blood stasisand spleen deficiency type, a total of seven syndromes; pathological factors mainly hot andhumid, yin, qi stagnation, dampness, blood stasis, Yang; disease located mainly in the liver, spleen and kidney. Chronic hepatitis B virus carrier in various syndromes, liver Qistagnation and blood stasis in the majority of female patients, and the spleen and kidneyyang majority of patients were male; asymptomatic and Spleen Dampness two youngestpatients, shortest duration, consider these two types of chronic hepatitis B virus carryingthe initial stages of disease progression, and liver-kidney, blood stasis and qi stagnationtype III patients older, long duration of migraine, it can be considers that this three-typewas the later stages of the disease; parents infected patients with significant liver-kidneygroup mostly consider the essence of the congenital deficiency and chronic illness areclosely related; liver-kidney highest amount of HBV-DNA, considered as chronic illnesscaused; objective indicators can be used as a reference for Syndromes.
