Objective: To observe the clinical effection of Fufangshouwujilitang in treatingalopecia areata with blood deficiency and wind grand syndrome, and to investigate thequality of life of patients, for further study of life intervention combined with the drug toprovide a theoretical basis for treatment of alopecia areata.Methods:60patients of alopecia areata with blood deficiency and wind grandsyndrome were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group: Fufangshouwujilitang with Fufangsiyadanshengfading. Control group:Bazhenkeli with Fufangsiyadanshengfading. And in the first and final treatment, investigate the quality of life of patients. Results: In treatment group, the cure rate was70.00%, total effective rate was86.67%;in control group, cure rate was46.67%,the total effective rate was63.33%.Treatment groupthan the control group showed significant differences in cure rate and total effectiverate, and the same to the treatment of taking effect(P <0.05).Quality of life comparisonshows that two groups of patients improved quality of life after treatment were statisticallysignificant (P<0.01), but the treatment group improved more significantly (P<0.01);furthermore, before treatment the two groups of patients’ DLQI score and lesion scorecorrelation analysis found that both positively correlated (r=0.802); in addition, aftertreatment the two groups of patients’ DLQI score improved and lesion score improvedcorrelation analysis also carried out that both positively correlated (r=0.612).Conclusion: The treatment group was higher cure rate and rapidder taking effect thanthe control group. The clinical efficacy of Fufangshouwujilitang treating alopecia areatawith blood deficiency and wind grand syndrome was definite, worthy of promotion. Quality of life scores may reflect the severity of patients with alopecia areata, and theimproving of quality of life was also conducive to improve the curative effect.
