| Objective: to observe the clinical effectiveness of Yi qi hua tan huo xue recipe ondiabetic gastroparesis patients who have the syndrome of spleen deficiency causingphlegm and blood stasis.Methods: select60cases of TCM Syndromes of diabetic gastroparesis spleendeficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, randomly divided into two groups,30casesin the treatment group were given the treatment of Yi qi hua tan huo xue recipe onfoundation of the basic treatment, and30cases in the control group were given theDomperidone treatment on foundation of the basic treatment. Focus on the changes ofclinical symptoms and signs,as well as the patients’ fasting blood glucose,2-hourpostprandial blood glucose glycosylated hemoglobin and gastric emptying rate before andafter the treatment.Results: By clinical observation, the total efficiency of the treatment group was86.7%and the control group was70.0%, the treatment group to improve the clinical efficacy isbetter than the control group (P<0.05). Better than the control group, the treatment groupimprove patients’ TCM syndromes (P<0.05). The treatment group was lower in patientswith FPG,2hPG, improve gastric emptying rate than the control group (P<0.05). Thetreatment and control groups were not significantly lower in patients with HbA1c.Conclusions: Yi qi hua tan huo xue recipe in improving diabetic gastroparesis temperdeficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome by clinical signs and symptoms, and reduce the patients’ fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylatedhemoglobin, improve gastric emptying rate have better clinical efficacy and safety is good. |
