Exploratory Research On Diabetic Gastroparesis Symptomatology

Purpose: Study on the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome’s characteristics of diabetic gastroparesis.Method: Searching for Modern Medical and Traditional Chinese Medicine on diabetic gastroparesis,then study on the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome theory.On this basis and under the DME standard to design a CRF form on Diabetic gastroparesis: Gather the clinical data through clinical investigation.Obtain the main syndrome factors by analyze the symptomatic principal component and symptom frequency.Acquire the classification of clinical symptom factors after symptom clustering analyzed,and then finish the syndrome classification.Result: This research gathers the clinical data through clinical investigation,extracts TCM syndrome’s characteristics of diabetic gastroparesis through the statistical method of principal component analysis and clustering analysis.Partial diabetic gastroparesis mainly contains abdominal fullness and distention,bloating after eating.General symptoms which including of tiredness,dry throat and bitter taste,irritability,heavy sleepiness,agrypnia,chest distress,be perturbed,forgetful,spontaneous perspiration etc.Tongue picture is mainly shown as dark tongue body,white tongue fur,fat big tongue,red tip of tongue,thick tongue fur,greasy fur etc.There are total four categories on cluster syndrome classification: asdthenic splenonephro-yang,damp abundance due to splenic asthenia,liver-stomach disharmony,not enough stomach-yin for nourishment.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation through the aforementioned four categories,which can reflect the general law of symptoms.Conclusion : This research gathers the clinical data through clinical investigation,extracts TCM syndrome’s characteristics of diabetic gastroparesis through the statistical method of principal component analysis and clustering analysis.We can conclude that the pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis has a relationship with the liver and kidney.And the aforementioned four categories reflect the general law of symptoms.
