Clinical Study Of Shuyu Jianpi Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroparesis Of Type ? Diabetes Mellitus With Liver Yu And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: Through observing the clinical effect of shuyu jianpi decoction on gastroparesis of type ii diabetes mellitus with liver yu and spleen deficiency,the clinical value and safety of shuyu jianpi decoction were evaluated,and the mechanism of action was further discussed.Methods:A total of 88 patients with gastroparesis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency diabetes mellitus in affiliated hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,including 44 patients in treatment group and 44 patients in control group.On the basis of basic hypoglycemic therapy and lifestyle intervention,shuyu jianpi decoction was used in the treatment group and mosapride citrate tablets were used in the control group.Treatment for30 days.Scores of clinical symptoms and signs,gastric emptying rate,blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and evaluate their safety.Results:1.The basic data of gender,age,disease course and syndrome score of the two groups were compared and analyzed before treatment,and there was no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups of children were comparable.2.The clinical symptoms,examined the data statistics and analysis,two groups of patients' diet reduce early enough,often abdominal distention,belching,tiredness,nausea and vomiting,good anti acid heave a deep sigh,stool change symptoms integral statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting for the improvement of the clinical symptoms,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Comparison of gastric emptying rate between the two groups before and after treatment,P < 0.05 by rank-sum test indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group in improving gastric emptying rate was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.After statistical analysis,two groups of patients with fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2HPBG),was dropped the(P<0.05),the paired t test(P< 0.05,suggesting the two groups have significant difference before and after the treatment,in improving the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2HPG)is the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P <0.05).5.After treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.5% and that of the treatment group was 93.1%.By comparing the total effective rate of the two groups with the rank-sum test,the data of the total effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of shuyu jianpi decoction was better than mosapride citrate in the treatment of gastroparesis of type ii diabetes mellitus with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.6.There were no obvious abnormalities in blood,urine,stool routine and liver and kidney function in the two groups before and after treatment,and no adverse drug reactions occurred during treatment,indicating that the drugs in both groups were of good safety.Conclusion:Shuyu jianpi decoction has an effective effect on treating gastroparesis of type ii diabetes mellitus with liver qi and spleen deficiency,and it is better than the control group in improving the scores of symptoms such as reducing early satiety in patients' diet,abdominal distension and fullness,belching and regurgitation,fatigue and weakness,nausea and vomiting,good taiyi and stool change.It can effectively improve the gastric emptying function of patients,and can effectively reduce the fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postpranational blood glucose(2h PBG)to a certain extent.
