The Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue On The Ovulation Rate In Progestationfor The Cycle Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

The clinical curative of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Cycle Therapy of Bushen Huoxue decoctioncombined with letrozole in treating polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and blood stasissyndrome,objectively evaluate the effect of the TCM Cycle Therapy of Bushen Huoxue decoctionin promotingfollicular growth,increasing ovulation rate,improving clinical symptoms,promoting the growth of the endometrium and improving the pregnancy rate of the role.so as to provide a reliable objective basis for clinical.Methods:The 60 cases of anovulatory infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed as kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group with 30 people was treated with oral administration of letrozole(LE)and intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).The treatment group was treated with TCM Cycle Therapy of Bushen Huoxue on the basis of the treatment of the control group.One course of treatment included 3 menstrual cycles and all the patients were treated in two courses.Compared the differences between the two groups of clinical symptoms,follicular development,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,endometrial thickness on the first day of HCG injection,the HCG?estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)of people without menstruation after 16 days of HCG injection before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed and used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,Results:1?The treatment group was treated with 60 cycles.The number of dominant follicles was 56,but the number of ovulation was 47(78.33%).The number of pregnancies was 20(30.00%),10 cases(50.00%)in the first treatment cycle,6 cases(30.00%)in the second cycle and 4 cases(20.00%)in the third cycle.The endometrial thickness on the first day of HCG injection was10.1mm±1.26mm.The mean value of HCG of people without menstruationafter 16 days of HCG injection was382.5IU/L±203.2IU/L,the mean value of E2 was 735.59pmol/L±361.3pmol/L and themean value of P was 70.85nmol/L±18.25nmol/L.2.The control group was treated with 65 cycles.The number of dominant follicles was 51,but the number of ovulation was 45(61.54%).The number of pregnancies was 9(30.00%),5 cases(55.55%)in the first treatment cycle and 2 cases(22.22%)in the second cycle and third cycle respectively.The endometrial thickness on the first day of HCG injection was 8.74mm± 1.54mm.The mean value of HCG of people without menstruation after 16 days of HCG injection was367.5IU/L±185.65IU/L,the mean value of E2 was 727.7pmol/L±331.83pmol/Land the mean value of P was56.31nmol/L±15.04nmol/L.3.In this study,the ovulation rate of the treatment group and the control group was 78.33%and 61.54%respectively,and the comparison of it was statistically significant(P<0.05)between two groups.The total pregnancy rate of the treatment group and the control group was 66.67%and 30.0%respectively,and the comparison of it was statistically significant(P<0.05)between two groups.Comparison of the endometrial thickness on the first day of HCG injection between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the estradiol(E2)of people without menstruation after 16 days of HCG injection contents between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.TCM Cycle Therapy of Bushen Huoxuedecoction could increase the responsiveness of the ovary to pituitary gonadotropin,then promote follicular development and regulate luteal function.It could also make the Qi and blood unobstructed,keep balance of yin and Yang and coordinate the function of Zang Fu organs.Finally it could fully mobilize the physiological function of Shen-TianGui-Chong Ren-Uterus axis and improve the pregnancy rate.2.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Cycle Therapy of Bushen Huoxue Tiaozhou Therapy combined with letrozole could get good effect in improving the follicle growth,inducing ovulation,improving the internal environment of uterus,increasing the rate of pregnancy and improving the clinical symptoms.It exploited great efficiency of Western medicine,and reduced the side effects at the same time.
