| Objective:Through the study on the distribution of trace elements in the body between children and adult lung-deficiency-related cold type allergic rhinitis, the author try to explore the trace elements associated with allergic rhinitis and differences of trace elements in adults and children with allergic rhinitis patients. Thus,we can use the trace elements targeted for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:The author select88cases which meet the inclusion criteria of the study, divide into adult group and child groups, record subjective and objective information, and use statistical software to analyze differences between the two groups in gender, disease duration, severity of disease, the main symptoms, signs, secondary symptoms (lung-deficiency-related cold type),IgE,EOS,trace elements, and try to reach a conclusion.Result:There are differences between the two groups in the content of serum calcium (p=0.001<0.05),and the adult serum calcium content is lower than children group.Compared to the reference values of serum calcium content, two groups of serum calcium levels are within the normal range.Therefor,it can not explain the calcium associated with allergic rhinitis; The two groups have no significant difference in serum magnesium content (P=0.450>0.05), according to the reference values of serum magnesium content, two groups of serum magnesium levels are within the normal range. It can not explain the magnesium related to the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis; There are differences between the two groups in the content of serum iron(P=0.041<0.05),and the children serum iron content is lower than adult group. However, compared to the reference values of serum iron content, two groups of serum iron levels are within the normal range, therefor,it can not explain the iron associated with allergic rhinitis; The two groups have no significant difference in serum zinc content(P=0.250>0.05), according to the reference values of serum zinc content, the lower limit of serum zinc content in the adult group is slightly lower than the lower limit of the reference value, accounting for27.3%.the lower limit of serum zinc content in children group is lower than the lower limit of the reference value, and the upper limit is higher than the upper limit of the reference value, accounting for22.7%.It suggests that part of adult and pediatric patients with AR exist Zinc imbalance. But, the pathogenesis of AR and serum zinc imbalance are related or not need further study. There are differences between the two groups in the content of serum copper (p=0.003<0.05)), and the children serum copper content is higher than adult group. But,compared to the reference values of serum copper content, the lower limit of serum copper content in the adult group is lower than the lower limit of the reference value, accounting for22.7%.the lower limit of serum copper content in children group is also lower than the lower limit of the reference value, accounting for11.4%.It suggests that part of adult and pediatric patients with AR exist copper imbalance. But, the pathogenesis of AR and serum copper imbalance are related or not need further study.serum copper/zinc has no significant difference between the two groups (P=0.188>0.05).Conclusion:Firstly,the content of serum Feã€Caã€Mg are in the normal range between children and adult lung-deficiency-related cold type allergic rhinitis. So,it cannot explain the distribution in vivo of serum Feã€Caã€Mg directly related to the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis;Secondly, the lower limit of serum zinc and copper content in the children and adult lung-deficiency-related cold type allergic rhinitis are lower than the lower limit of the reference value, it only suggests that part of adult and pediatric patients with AR exist imbalance of the serum zinc and copper content. However, the pathogenesis of AR and serum zincã€copper imbalance are related or not need further study.Thirdly, the study also shows that the children’s body does not necessarily exist imbalance of Znã€Cuã€Feã€Caã€Mg. |
