Objective:Compared with Montelukast Sodium Tablets, to discuss Anti-inflammatory effect and immune function on Gubenfangxiaoyin preventing and controling childhood bronchial asthma (Including specific immunity and nonspecific immunity), test the effects of Gubenfangxiaoyin restraining inflammatory mediators, and the effects of the cell immunity induced by T-lymphocytes, humoral inmunity mediated B lymphocyte cell, the phagocytosis function of mononuclear phagocyte. Confirmed the effectiveness of Gubenfangxiaoyin curing bronchial asthma.Methods:Through causeing inflammation of the mice pinna, it determine the pinna swelling degree and swelling inhibition percentage to observe anti-inflammation of Gubenfangxiaoyin. There are three method:(1) Adding acid a-naphthyl acetate esterase in mice serum, and detecting T-lymphocyte Esterase Conversion Rate (2)Adding Complement in the mice serum immunized with sheep red blood cell, and detecting the serum hemolysin of mice,(3)Each mice was injected Indian Ink through tail vein, and calculated the phagocytosis index of mice serum in1min and12min.Results:All dose groups of Gubenfangxiaoyin can alleviate the inflammation of mice. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference in the middle dose group and the high dose group(P<0.01), which was significantly better than the group of Montelukast Sodium Tablets(P<0.01). Meanwhile, Gubenfangxiaoyin improve T-lymphocyte Esterase Conversion Rate and serum hemolysin, and enhance the phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference(P<0.01). The effect of high dose group of Gubenfangxiaoyin were much better than the group of Montelukast Sodium Tablets(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Gubenfangxiaoyin can effectively alleviate inflammation, and has a significant anti-inflammatory effect.2.Gubenfangxiaoyin can regulate the cell immunity and humoral inmunity of organism, through improving the body’s immune function to resist disease. The results show that Gubenfangxiaoyin cure the childhood bronchial asthma through anti-inflammatory effect and immune function.
