Free Dorsalis Pedis Flap Treatment Clinical Research At The Back Of Large Area Skin Defect

Objective: Through the comparative analysis of statistical treatment ofskin flap repair of dorsal hand operation and dorsal interosseous flap operationmyocutaneous flap to repair the wound on the back foot and postoperativecomplications, to explore the methods of treatment of large area skin defectsof the best, to provide the reference for clinical application.Methods: A prospective randomized controlled clinical design andstatistical analysis method, The post-traumatic foot patients between2009November to2012November in our hospital for the orthopedic repair operationto cover the area skin defect were selected,40patients met the standard. Thereare23cases with dorsal hand flap wound repair, another17cases withinterosseous dorsal flap wound repair. Using comparative statistic method toanalysis of the skin flap, flap appearance, joint movable degree, damage to donorsite and donor site pain, limitations of daily living.Results: Compared with repair operation and23cases with dorsal flap ofthe foot,17cases of patients with interosseous dorsal flap on flap survivalsituation, flap appearance, joint activity is expressed as the proportion ofpatients with excellent, good level were lower than that of the former, theproportion of patients with poor performance is higher than the former, withstatistical significance the difference (p<0.05, p<0.01)； damage for zone anddonor-site pain degree and postoperative life limited degree is light, theproportion of patients in both lower than that of the former, severe ratio ishigher than that of the former, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05, p<0.01).Conclusion: Compared with the interosseous dorsal flap，the dorsal foot flapis more suitable for the treatment of large area skin defect of the hand.
