Purpose: This topic animal experiments using electrophysiological, biochemical detectionmethods to observe the impact of the the three injection on experimental acute myocardialischemia indicators compare three injection role in the prevention of myocardial ischemiaforthe clinical treatment of drug reference.Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, DS Group,HH group, DH group, in addition to the control group, model group were injected with saline,the rest of the group were given intraperitoneal injection of Danshen injection (lyophilized)injection using the safflower yellow Danhong injection, preventive administration seven days(prophylactic administration of the fifth day, except the blank group, the rest of the group byintraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol hydrochloride,3days, establishment of myocardialischemia animal models).7days after continuous administration, electrophysiological andbiochemical methods to observe the ECG changes, and determination of serum troponin I,MDA, SOD and content of TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a change.Results:1, three injection may make ECG ST segment deviation degree decreased in rats ofmyocardial ischemia. The most obvious effect of safflower group.2, the study found that the three injection can reduce myocardial ischemia model in ratsadministered serum troponin I, MDA, TXB2particular injection the safflower yellowsignificantly, its overall effect is better than injection Danshen (freeze-dried), Danhonginjection.3, the study found the three injection increased rat model of myocardial ischemia of SOD,6-keto-PGF1a, level, but the statistical analysis, no significant difference.Conclusion: preventive intervention role of the three injection can effectively improve therats with acute myocardial ischemia, comprehensive ECG, serum troponin I, of MDA, SODand TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a each index analysis and comparison to injected with saffloweryellow is best.
