The most obvious effect of safflower group.2, the study found that the three injection can reduce myocardial ischemia model in ratsadministered serum troponin I, MDA, TXB2particular injection the safflower yellowsignificantly, its overall effect is better than injection Danshen (freeze-dried), Danhonginjection.3, the study found the three injection increased rat model of myocardial ischemia of SOD,6-keto-PGF1a, level, but the statistical analysis, no significant difference.Conclusion: preventive intervention role of the three injection can effectively improve therats with acute myocardial ischemia, comprehensive ECG, serum troponin I, of MDA, SODand TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a each index analysis and comparison to injected with saffloweryellow is best. |
