The Effects Of Pretreatment Acupoint Injection Of Xiangdan Parenteral Solution At Neiguan（PC6） On TXB₂、6-Keto-PGF_1a Of Plasmain Acute Myocardial Ischemia Rats

Objective: To study the influence of pre-injected XiangDan Parenteral Solution into PC6on TXB2and6-Keto-PGF1acontent, and T/K value in the plasma of the rat model and discuss its intervention on thrombosis and vasomotion.Methods:50SD rats were injected with Xiangdan parenteral solution into PC6for14days before myocardial ischemia model was induced by injecting isoprenaline celiac-subcutaneously. Then the myocardial tissue and coronary artery were observed for pathological and morphological changes. TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1acontent in the plasma were also detected with immunohistochemical methods, T/k value calculated.Results:(1)The typical pathological changes of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia in the model group were observed. The acupuncture combined with medicine group could significantly protect the myocardial tissue from ischemia and hypoxia, narrow the area of cardiac damage, reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia, and speed up restoration. The acupoint injection group and drug control group had little effect on protecting rats from myocardial ischemia.(2)The thickened-wall and narrowed-cavity of coronary artery were observed in the acute myocardial ischemia rats. The acupuncture combined with medicine group, acupoint injection group and drug control group could alleviate the thickening degree of coronary artery wall. And the effects of acupuncture combined with medicine group were better than the other two groups.(3) The content of TXB2increased after myocardial ischemia. And the three methods could decrease the content. And the effects of acupuncture combined with medicine group were better than the other two groups.(4) The content of6-Keto-PGF1a decreased after myocardial ischemia. And the three methods could increase the content. And the effects of acupuncture combined with medicine group were better than the other two groups.At sametime, the rate of T/k would be normal.Conclusions:The method of pre-injected XiangDan Parenteral Solution into PC6 could protect the myocardium from ischemia and hypoxia by alleviating the thickening degree of coronary artery wall, reducing TXB2level, and increasing6-Keto-PGF1a content, improving vasomotion and T/k, and regulating thrombosis.
