| Purpose: To observe the content changes of the electro-acupuncture BL30in NO and SOD of patients’ serum after anal surgeries; from the levels of molecular biology, analyze the potential mechanism of the electro-acupuncture BL30analgesic for the anal disease postoperative pain; to explore the application values of the electro-acupuncture BL30in NO, SOD of patients’ serum; to provide more basis for further clinic, and accordingly, to develop the methodsand mechanism of the electro-acupuncture BL30analgesic after anal surgeries。Methods: In this study,99cases of mixed hemorrhoids are counted according to the order of admission. Thirty-nine cases are excluded or quitted. Thirty cases each of men and women,60cases in total, which are in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoids, are picked according to the covered order. The patients of the mixed hemorrhoid surgeries will experience unbearable pains after the anesthetic drug effect are eliminated. At this time, theelectro-acupuncture BL30analgesic treatment will be used, and the needle will be withdrawalafter30minutes. Meanwhile, patients’ venous blood will be taken. This clinical study compares patients’ conditions before and after using electro-acupuncture, assumes the contents ofNO and SOD in patient’s serum before using electro-acupuncture as control groups A1andA2, treatment groups B1and B2as the contents of No and SOD after using electro-acupuncture. In this study, immunoassay will be used to test the concentration of NO and SOD in serum,and will compare, record. Finally, statistic software SPSS17.0will be used for statistical analysis.Results: The content of the treatment group NO is reduced, when the content of SOD is increased. The difference was significant (P <0.05). The differences of the contents of NO andSOD in patients’ serum before and after using electro-acupuncture were not statistically significant, comparing between men and women, among different courses of diseases, and among different ages (P>0.05).Conclusion: According to the clinical study, the following conclusions are reached:(1)According to this clinical study, Electro-acupuncture BL30can regulates the contentsof NO and SOD in patients’ serum after anal surgeries, and this can be one of the most important mechanisms of electro-acupuncture BL30’s analgesic effects.(2)After anal surgeries, electro-acupuncture BL30shows no differences among differentgenders, courses of disease, and ages.(3)The analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture BL30is significant with the advantages ofthe simple operation, non-toxic side effects, and low costs. It is worth to be recommended during clinical treatments. |
