Influence For Cell Apoptosis And Bcl-2,Bax Of Diabetes Rat By Yiqihuoxue-tongluofang

Purpose: Reach the influence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy rat sciatic nerve cellapoptosis and regulation gene bcl-2，bax by Yiqihuoxue-TongluoFang.Method: Rats with intraperitoneal injection STZ to copy diabetes peripheral neuropathymodel， will diabetic rats be randomly divided into model group， Yiqihuoxue-TongluoFanggroup，NiKe-Bao group and normal control group.Eight weeks after separation rat sciaticnerve fibers，all with in situ end labelingmethod (dUTP TdT-mediated，Nick end labeling，TUNEL) detection sciatic nerve cellapoptosis， immunohistochemistry methods were useddetection regulation of gene bcl-2andbax protein expression.Result: DPN rat sciatic nerve cell apoptosis have changes， model group and NiKe-Baogroup compared with Yiqihuoxue-TongluoFang group have significantly difference.Conclusion: Through regulating the sciatic nerve cell apoptosis and the expression ofregulation of gene of diabetic rats， Yiqihuoxue-TongluoFang can prevent and treat diabeticperipheral neuropathy.
