Part one The Clinical Analysis of Endometrial PolypsObjective：235cases of endometrial polyps were analyzed retrospectively. Toexplore the clinical manifestations of endometrial polyps, endometrial polyps and agethe relationship between the number of and the relationship between endometrial polypsand comorbidities.Methods：235cases of endometrial polyps, which were diagnosed pathologically inour hospital from October2010to September2011，were analyzed retrospectively．Theclinical manifestations of patients with endometrial polyp, further analysis of thenumber of endometrial polyps with patients age, the relationship between and discussbefore and after menopause endometrial polyps in patients with clinical manifestations,endometrial polyp number and age of the relationship and the relationship between theendometrial polyps and co morbidities.Results：1.In the premenopausal patients, have higher proportion of patients withsymptoms,83.09%(113/136), asymptomatic patients with a higher proportion ofpostmenopausal group,59.09%(13/22).Difference was statistically significant.2.In the premenopausal endometrial polyps of clinical manifestations，There are24patients with irregular vaginal bleeding;12patients of menstrual quantity increased；13patients with menstrual extension；22cases of menstrual quantity increased andmenstrual extension；21cases around ovulation bleeding；5patients withdysmenorrheal；6patients with dysmenorrheal and irregular vaginal bleeding；10patients with contact hemorrhages.3. In this experiment，Endometrial polyps give priority to multiple polyps patientsat Sexual maturity and Menopausal transition period. Endometrial polyps give priorityto single among patients at postmenopausal period．With the increase in age, the proportion of multiple polyps gradually reduce，while single polyp proportion increasedgradually.There was a statistically significant difference．4.In this study,77patients with complications,42cases of patients withendometriosis and endometrial polyps,15cases of uterine fibroids patients withendometrial polyp,4cases of endometrial polyps with endometrial atypical hyperplasia,20cases of patients with uterine septum in patients with endometrial polyps in18cases.Conclusion：1. Premenopausal endometrial polyps were found more easily because of its veryclinical symptoms．Postmenopausal endometrial polyps were difficult to be found for itssymptoms．2. Endometrial polyps not only can change menstruation，but also change incontact hemorrhages and dysmenorrheal and around ovulation bleeding.3. Endometrial polyps peak in the sexual maturity and menopausal transitionperiod. They are multiple polyps. Endometrial polyps usually are single polyp in thePostmenopausal.4. Endometrial polyps often with endometriosis, uterine myoma and endometrialatypical hyperplasia occurred at the same time, also with mediastinum uterus at thesame time. Part twoApplication of Yasmin after Resection of Endometrial PolypsObjective: Investigate the use of the combination of Transvaginal ultrasonographyand the Hysteroscopy to improve the Detection rate of endometrial polyps. To explorethe clinical effect of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets on recurrence ofendometrial polyps after hysteroscopy polypectomy.Methods：One hundred and fifty-six cases of endometrial polyps, which werediagnosed pathologically in our hospital from October2010to September2011. Theywere divided into observation group and control group.80patients in control grouppatients, no additional drug treatment after operation，The76patients in observationgroup were treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets.1tablet daily, and even served21days,7days after with drawal began to take a box of medicine. Twogroups of patients underwent regular vaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy.Investigate the use of the combination of Transvaginal ultrasonography and theHysteroscopy to improve the Detection rate of endometrial polyps. According to theobservation group and control group were statistically analyzed in patients withendometrial polyp recurrence rate.Results：1. Compared with the HS, the sensitivity and specificity results are90.2%and95.8%alone, the result are84.8%and81.3%through the TVS.2. Follow-up observation group were medication1months the average weight of61.18±5.04Kg medication2months the average weight of60.93±5.00kg, medicationfor3months average body weight,051±5.55Kg, the difference was not statisticallysignificant. Medication a month vaginal bleeding profusely68cases,2months vaginalbleeding profusely eight cases, the three-month vaginal bleeding profusely cases, thedifference was statistically significant.3. After3months follow-up, recurrence of the observation group1(1.3%) in thecontrol group recurrence in2cases (2.5%). Recurrence rate of the observation groupand control group was not statistically significant; after6months follow-up, theobservation group recurrence in2cases (2.7%) in the control group recurrence in10patients (13.0%); postoperative follow-up of12months, the recurrence of theobservation group4cases (5.6%), control group12cases of recurrence (17.9%);postoperative follow-up of18months, recurrent observation group5patients (7.7%)in the control group recurrence in12cases (22.2%); postoperative6,12,18months,two groups of patients recurrence differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：1. The sensitivity and specificity of TVS is not as good as HS. The conjugation ofthese two methods can improve the effectiveness of diagnosis for the endometrialpolyps effectively.2. Weight no change in observation group of patients during taking medicine;vaginal bleeding occurs in the first month after taking this medicine.3. Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets were effective for preventing therecurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic polypectomy.
