Objective: to investigate the related factors of preventing recurrence of polyps after TCRP and to analyze the related TCM syndromes.Methods: the clinical data of 206 patients with endometrial polyps were analyzed retrospectively.all the patients were treated with TCRP and different treatment measures were carried out to prevent recurrence after operation.the clinical treatment was summarized and the related factors were analyzed.Results: 1There were no significant differences in age,body mass index,menarche age,times of pregnancy and delivery,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color,uterine cavity shape,number and position of polyps between recurrent polyp group and non-recurrent polyp group.(p>0.05),(2)the recurrence could be reduced by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine after operation,(3)Subphrenic Zhuyu decoction can prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which has certain clinical guiding significance;Conclusion: the combined use of Chinese and western medicine after hysteroscopy can reduce the recurrence of polyps,and the combined use of traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to a single method in the treatment of polyps.And phrenic Zhuyu decoction has obvious curative effect on the prevention of endometrial polyps of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and provides a certain therapeutic scheme for clinical practice.
