Objective:Summarize the clinical data of different surgical methods and postoperative adjuvant progesterone treatment of multiple endometrial polyps, provide more theoretical support for the choice of treatment methods, and hope to help clinicians make better choices. Methods:Ninety patients with multiple endometrial polyps diagnosed in the gynecology department of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from December 2017 to May 2019 were collected as observation objects. They were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods, each group of 30 people.Group A underwent intrauterine suction and curettage, group B underwent intrauterine suction and transcervical resection of polyps(TCRP),group C polyps were operated in the same manner as group B,and combined with Progesterone. To understand the perioperative situation, surgical effect, recurrence, postoperative complications and adverse drug reactions in the three groups.Results:1.All patients successfully completed the operation. There was no significant difference in blood loss, operation time and length of stay in the three groups(P>0.05).2.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared, and the total effective rate was 100%.The efficiency of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the postoperative recurrence, the recurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding and the recurrence rate of polyps in group B were reduced compared with group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding in group C was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the recurrence of polyps(P>0.05),but as of 9 months after surgery, group C had no feedback of relapse cases.4.There were no near-term and long-term complications such as amenorrhea, intrauterine infection, and intrauterine adhesions within 9 months after operation. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the medication group.Conclusion:1.Uterine suction surgery+TCRP for multiple endometrial polyps has better surgical effect than Uterine suction surgery+curettage.2.Short-term progestogen therapy after endometrial polyp surgery may have a preventive effect on the recurrence of polyps.
