Objective:(1) To verify the results of our previous chip, for exploring the relationship of the expression of miR-181b and OVC development;(2) attempt to clarify the molecular pathogenesis of OVC, for providing the basis for OVC diagnosis and treatment.Methods:To use RealTime-PCR method to detect the6cases of OVC and the same number corresponding adjacent tissue,6patients of OSCC and the same number corresponding adjacent tissue,6normal mucosal tissue, which the expression level of miR-181b to verify this our group pre-chip results, and in order to explore the relationship between miR-181b and OVC.Results:Real-time PCR results showed that: the expression levels of miR-181b in OVC and OSCC were higher than normal mucosal tissue, which were statistically significant (P<0.05). miR-181b levels in OSCC expression was higher than the OVC’s, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).miR-181b expression decreased when OVC and OSCC respectively compared to their corresponding adjacent, but it were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Comparison expression of miR-181p in the OVC adjacent and normal mucosal tissue was no significant difference (P>0.05), but the OSCC and normal mucosal tissue comparison showed difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) The expression level of miR-181b in OSCC and OVC were higher than in normal tissue.As a result, our group previously microarray was basic consistent;(2) The expression level of miR-181b in OSCC was higher than in the OVC,which suggest that miR-181b may be related to the degree of malignancy as a oncogene,which to some extent verify OVC compared with OSCC is less prone to invasion and metastasis with low-grade malignant tumor, having a better prognosis.
