| Objective: The purpose is to systematically review the diagnosticvalue of Golgi protein73(GP73) in Primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods: All the studies relating to the diagnostic value of GP73forpatients with PHC were collected. Study quality was assessed byQUADAS-2. A software(Meta-DiSc1.4) was used to perform themeta-analysis. The overall sensitivity, specificity, and the SROC curvewere used to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of GP73in PHC.Results:25studies accord with the criteria. There are5,637subjectsin all. The heterogeneity was exist because of the cut-off value. The pooledsensitivity and specificity (95%confidence interval) of GP73was0.75(0.73-0.76) and0.84(0.83-0.86), respectively. The AUC was0.8616.Subgroup analysis was performed in the22studies which compared GP73with AFP, the pooled sensitivity, specificity, and AUC were0.77(95%CI0.75-0.78),0.84(95%CI0.83-0.85),0.8517for GP73and0.55(95%CI0.52-0.57),0.84(95%CI0.82-0.85),0.7876for AFP。Conclusion: Serum GP73appears to be a promising indicator for the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma with better sensitivity and highspecificity. |
