Objective: This study is aimed to evalunte the efficacy and safety ofrhGM-CSF and rb-bFGF on wound healing of burns in children.Methods: To our hospital from June2012to November2012, a smallarea of shallow burns45cases of balloting method in children wererandomly divided into three groups,20cases were treated with rhGM-CSF,20cases were treated with rb-bFGF and5cases were treated with0.9%physiological saline, comparison groups wound healingtime. Monitoringthe blood routine, routine urine and kidney function and testing thebacterial culture of the wound.Results: Wound healing in the treatment group (8.619±0.944)daysand(10.766±1.369)days was shorter than the control group(13.850±0.398)days,there was significant difference in the two groups(P<0.05). No significant correlation differences with the drug application ofmedication during children blood count and liver and kidney function.Conclusions: rhGM-CSF and rb-bFGF can significantly acceleratewound healing in children, there was significant differenceand (P<0.05), and no adverse reaction of the drug was observed during the study. |
