Clinical Application Of Eschar Abrasion With Wire Sphericity Curing The Deep Second-degree Burns Of Children

Objective: To study the clinical application of the eschar abrasion with the wire sphericity curing the deep second-degree burns of children caused by heat. Methods: Here is the study of 16 cases treated by abrasion with wire sphericity that compared with the control group of 16 cases which were treated with the traditional means. The white blood cells, fevering days,and skin dressing of the patients are calculated. Results: According to the statistic,the children patients of the abrasion group have less fevering days and healing days,and the number of the white blood cell decreases to the normal standard more quickly than that of the control group. The times of wound dressings are less than that of the control group. Conclusion: The abrasion with the wire can alleviate the progressive injury to children burns wound ,relieve the infection of the wound,and weaken the wound inflammation. The wounds heal up earlier after abrasion and the quality of the skin can be improved. The eschar abrasion can benefit the healing of the wound. It can be taken easily ,reduce the burden of the children patients and lighten the labor pressure of the doctors and nurses. It is a good management to deal with the deep partial thickness burns of the children caused by heat in early period.
