Background With the science and technology level and thecontinuous development of medical and health undertakings,the level andquality of life has become our constant pursuit of good wishes,health is thefirst need of all human freedom. Endometriosis dysmenorrhea andchronic pelvic pain,infertility, repeated bleeding, menstrualabnormalities,nodules,and many other clinical symptoms,and is one of themost common disease of reproductive age women,serious impact onwomen’s health level and life quality,there is no effective method can becured,so the research of new curative effect,little side effects of drugs hasbecome urgent needs.Purpose The experiments on Traditional ChineseMedicine-Compound Daqiqi Tang,Curcuma longa and Curcumin weremade in ouder to approve the effect of treatment for endometriosis andresearch the mechanisms of the action,wich can provide experimentaldata for clinical application and new drugs. Methods Using clean grade endometrial autologous grafting femaleSD rats model,three weeks later,the rats were randomly will be successfulmodeling divided into model group (n=10);Gestrinone group (n=9);Compound Daqiqi Tang group (n=9);Curcumin longa group (n=9);Curcumin group (n=8);Line control rats do blank control group (n=10),for three weeks,compasses measure the ectopic tissue volume, HEthen observe histopathologic morphology,ELISA method to detect theserum estradiol (E2),progesterone (P),the expression of SP immunehistochemical method detection of ectopic endometrium tissue estrogenreceptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) and the expression ofvascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).Results Ectopic tissue volume in each treatment group comparedwith model group significantly reduce,the difference was statisticalsignificant (P <0.01);Model group serum estradiol (E2),ectopic tissueestrogen receptor (ER),the expression of vascular endothelial growthfactor (VEGF) obviously higher than blank control group, the differencewas statistical significant (P <0.01),the treatment group were lower themodel group,the difference was statistical significant (P <0.01);Modelgroup serum progesterone (P) and progesterone receptor (PR) is blankcontrol group decreased significant,the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.01),while the treatment group significantly increasedcompared with model group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Each treatment group of serum (E2), progesterone (P),ectopictissue,estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR),theexpression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),there was nostatistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Daqiqi Tang,Curcuma longa and Curcumincould reduce(E2) in serum of rats, ectopic tissue estrogen receptor (ER),theexpression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),increase theserum content of progesterone (P) and ectopic tissue expression ofprogesterone receptor (PR),inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium inrat models of angiogenesis,and narrow the ectopic tissue volume,so as toattain the goal of treatment.
