There wassignificant difference in two groups (P<0.05). The expression ofPTENmRNA were significant lower in patients with lymph node metastasisthan in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Compared with thewell and moderate differentiation groups, the poor differentiation group hadlower PTENmRNA expression level(P<0.05). The relative expression amount of eIF4EmRNA were0.829±0.215inNSCLC tissues and0.243±0.167in non-cancerous lung tissues. There wassignificant difference in two groups (P<0.05). The expression ofeIF4EmRNA were significant higher in patients with lymph node metastasisthan in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Compared with thewell and moderate differentiation groups, the poor differentiation group hadhigher eIF4EmRNA expression level(P<0.05).2The expression rate of immuno-positive staining for PTEN proteinwere70.83%(34/48)in control non-cancerous lung tissues and27.08%(13/48)in NSCLC tissues. There was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05). The expression of PTEN were significant lower in patients withlymph node metastasis than in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Compared with the well and moderate differentiation groups, thepoor differentiation group had lower PTEN expression level(P<0.05).The expression rate of immuno-positive staining for eIF4E protein were31.25%(15/48)in control non-cancerous lung tissues and68.75%(33/48)in NSCLC tissues. There was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).The expression of eIF4E were significant higher in patients with lymph nodemetastasis than in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Comparedwith the well and moderate differentiation groups, the poor differentiationgroup had higher eIF4E expression level(P<0.05).3There was a negative correlation between the expression of PTEN andeIF4E in NSCLC(P<0.05).Conclusions:1The expressions of PTEN and eIF4E in NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous lung tissues had a significant difference, indicating there was aclosed relationship between the two genes and NSCLC.2In NSCLC,the expression of PTEN were significant lower in patientswith lymph node metastasis than in those without lymph nodemetastasis.Compared with the well and moderate differentiation groups, thepoor differentiation group had lower PTEN expression level; The expression of eIF4E were significant higher in patients with lymph node metastasis thanin those without lymph node metastasis.Compared with the well and moderatedifferentiation groups, the poor differentiation group had higher eIF4Eexpression level. It indicates that the expressions of PTEN and eIF4E inNSCLC had significant correlations with lymph node metastasis and tumordifferentiation.3The expressions of PTEN and eIF4E were negative relevant. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | NSCLC, PTEN, eIF4E, RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
