The Clinical Study Of Bufei Quyu Soup In Treating Defetment Of Chronic Cor Pulmonale Remission With Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of Bufei QuyuSoup in Treating Defetment of Chronic Cor Pulmonale Remission With Qi DeficiencyBlood Stasis.Methods: Will conform to the standards included in60cases of cor pulmonaleremission patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30casesof control group given conventional western medicine therapy (oral shu sputum and gaspthe spirit, a strong spirit with diastolic airway, phlegm, low flow oxygen2l/min,12to15h/d); Treatment group30cases, on the basis of the western medicine combined with BufeiQuyu Soup, treatment for28days, to observe the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results: The clinical main symptoms tonifying lung and remove stasis decoctiontreatment group total score decreased than control group, the statistical difference (P <0.05), especially the weakness of shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating and wind, shit,tongue coating improved pulse condition have significant difference (P <0.01). Comparedwith control group, treatment group after treatment6minutes walking distance,hemoglobin, red blood cell pressure decline than the control group obviously, statisticaldifferences (P <0.05) FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PaO2, PaCO2changes in the control groupobviously, the statistical difference (P <0.05)Conclusion: Bufei Quyu Soup treatment of cor pulmonale remission qi deficiencyblood stasis can improve clinical symptoms, Improve the FEV1, FEV1/FVC，PaO2,reduce PaCO2，reduce red blood cells deposited, improve the symptoms of hypoxia,increase endurance, slow disease progression, reduce the economic burden of patients,improve patient’s quality of life.
