Clinical Study On Yiqihuoxue Soup In Treating Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome (QDBS) Of Chronic Atrophic Gasrritis

Objective:To explor the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Soup in treating Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis Syndrome of Chronic atrophic gastritis (QDBSCAG). Methods: 64 cases of QDBSCAG were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group of 32 cases was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Soup while the control group of 32 cases was treated with weifuchun orally. Symptoms and signs of eath gyoup were observed before and after the treatment in cluding gastroscoptic and pathologic observing, HP-killing rate. Results: The treatment group was much better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and sings, promoting recoverment of pathological changes, clearing HP. The differents was significant in statistics(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Soup is effective treatment for QDBSCAG. The mechanism might be related to clearing HP, promoting gastric dynamics, improving the micro-circulation of gastric mucosa and fortifying immunity of economy.
