Weevaluate the efficacy according to the Clinical criteria of nimodipine, and observe thesafety of experimental drugs during the treatment. Results:After treatment syndrome scores,MMSE score and ADL score in thetreatment group significantly better than the control group. With the time of treatment, thetreatment group is more significant(P<0.05),which showed that herbal concentrate-granulesof strengthening the spleen and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm havesignificant use of improving the cognitive function, the role of self-care and clinicalsymptoms in daily life of patients with vascular dementia. The difference being significantbetween the two groups (p<0.05),which showed that herbal concentrate-granules issuperior to Nimodipine. In the course of taking medicine no bad reaction appears safetyhad better. Conclusions: Therapy of strengthening the spleen and promoting blood circulationand resolving phlegm on Vascular Dementia exerts a better effect on relieving clinicalsymptoms, which is significantly better than nimodipine, and no adverse reactions occur. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Spleed And Blood Phlegm, Vascular Dementia, Clinical Study | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
