Objective:To investigate the nutrition health education intervention treatment effects on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women and maternal diabetes blood sugar control.Method.Random selection in our hospital from2012September to2013March for routine prenatal diagnosis of GDM in120cases of pregnant women in the obstetric clinic, which will accept the nutrition and health education intervention treatment of70cases of pregnant women as the observation group,50cases of pregnant women without health education and nutritional intervention for the control group, the observation group mainly take the following intervention methods:pregnant women diagnosed with GDM, hospitalization is recommended. After admission to conduct a study on nutrition knowledge, attitude and nutrition behavior test, individual according to the test results of the corresponding health education and nutritional intervention. The control group was given routine of a health education and nutrition guidance, after the regular prenatal examination and routine monitoring of blood sugar.Comprehensive intervention on pregnant women and compared between the two groups after treatment in two groups before and after treatment with efficiency, maternal glycemic control, weight gain during pregnancy and maternal complications incidence of perinatal peri.Result.In1, the efficiency of the two groups:2weeks after the treatment, the effective rate of treatment group were observed in pregnant women was91.1%, the effective rate of80%groups of pregnant women as control treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Comparison of blood glucose2, after treatment in the two groups:the observation group of pregnant women in treatment of fasting blood glucose, three meals a day after2weeks of2hours of bedtime blood glucose and blood glucose were significantly lower than the control group.3, the two groups during the maternal complications incidence of perinatal comparison:the group of pregnant women, postpartum hemorrhage preterm delivery, polyhydramnios, cesarean section, infection, the number of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were significantly lower than the control group. The observation group the incidence of fetal macrosomia, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal hypoglycemia and hyperbilirubinemia in neonates were significantly lower than those of control group.4, two groups of pregnant women during pregnancy weight gain, BMI increased compared to the situation:the observation group of pregnant women during pregnancy weight gain and increase of BMI were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion: The nutrition health education intervention treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, increased adherence to treatment of pregnant women, to improve the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus with efficiency, is beneficial to pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus blood glucose control in the normal range as soon as possible, to reduce the perinatal complications, the maternal body weight control growth, in a a reasonable range effect is significant, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
