Clinical Observation Of Rehabilitation Therapy On Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy With Acupuncture

Purpose:This paper mainly through the collection of clinical treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy were reviewed, the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy disease were observed, and compared with the single rehabilitation therapy. To provide better treatment for children with cerebral palsy, and the clinical data more simple and effective.Method: From February 2013- 2014 July reception CP(cerebral palsy) in children, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected from 9 months to 5 years old of spastic patients 60 cases by simple random method, according to the order of visits of children to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy, rehabilitation control group, 30 cases in each group, 6 months of clinical observation. During the use of the data collected and the final analysis, to illustrate the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation for children with spastic cerebral palsy of the disease of the significant clinical value and clinical value.Result: The results showed that there were significant differences in the grade of spasm before and after treatment.. Treatment group, the total efficiency of 83.87%. In control group, the total effective rate was 76.67%, treatment group was superior to the control group, there was significant difference(P < 0.05). Before and after the treatment, the ADL score have obvious change. After treatment, the ADL scores of the treatment group total effective rate was 91.2%. In the control group, the total effective rate of 79.5%, treatment group was superior to the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.01); after treatment after GMFM score(P = 0.01) two groups have significant difference, treatment group was better than that of the control group. The effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy is notable, and is worth to be praised..Conclusion: The experimental results show that, the acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy alone in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy have certain curative effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs were present, but a combination of the two is more significant therapeutic effect, has certain clinical significance. Both acupuncture to relieve spasm has good clinical effect. Based on the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy should pay attention to the methods of treatment; and found early, early treatment, treatment for a long time is the gold standard for the treatment of cerebral palsy.
