The Analysis On Related Impact Factors To Clinical Curative Effect By Chinese Herbal Fumigation In Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

PurposeBased on the study to537cases of patients in clinic and therapy area in Changchun CityHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jilin Province from2010to2012, the authorcomparesthe curative effects between the group of persral Zhuangguguanjie Pills (made by Sanjiu Medical&Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the group of Chinese Herbal Fumigation, and analyzes manyrelated impact factors to clinical curative effect by Chinese herbal fumigation. The purpose is tobetter understand the occurrence regularity of the disease, and provide a scientific basis forimproving the treatment procedures and efficiency in Chinese herbal fumigation.MethodIn this paper, the author takes the537patients in Changchun City Hospital of TraditionalMedicine of Jilin province from2010to2012as the study subjects, in which190patients aretreated by persral Zhuangguguanjie Pills, and347patients are treated by Chinese HerbalFumigation, then collects the patients’ natural information, and fills in the knee Womac tablebefore and after the treatment. The scores are derived to identify the curative effect. Theevaluations of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, C Reactive Protein, Serum Nitric Oxide (NO),Hyaluronic Acid (HA) have been made before and after the treatment. All the information relatedto the patients are entered in the database to make a comprehensive analysis to the survey data.ResultsI. Basic SituationThere are2,346patients in treating knee osteoarthritis in Changchun City Hospital ofTraditional Chinese Medicine of Jilin province from2010to2012, in which537patients met thestudy criteria and agreed to participate in this experiment. The proportion to the total patients withknee osteoarthritis is22.89%. There are190patients with the treatment of persalZhuangguguanjie Pills, and the proportion to total experimental patients is35.38%. There are347patients with the treatment of Chinese herbal fumigation, and the proportion to total experimentalpatients is64.62%.II. Conclusion(1) The curative effect of the Chinese medicine fumigation group is treatment group wassignificantly superior to persral Zhuangguguanjie Pills group. (2) The curative effect of Chinese herbal fumigation will be better with the combinationtreatments by steam of55℃and time of20minutes.(3) The Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can significantly reduce the ErythrocyteSedimentation Rate, C Reactive Protein, Serum NO, Hyaluronic Acid Content, and slowthe development of the disease.
